WELCOME TO SHARMIN'S DESIGNER DOGS!

Hi I'm Lynda, and I have been raising quality AKC toy poodles exclusively, for over 28 years. But after many requests, we finally decided to try our hand at breeding our first designer dog litter. Our veteranarian was a major part of our decision, as he has seen first hand how the mixes tend to have many less health problems and seem to live longer too. We introduced our first litter of designer pups, Chinnie-poos, and they were a big hit! Not only were they tiny and adorable, but they all had super temperaments. They were so cute that they stole our hearts! Almost everyone who got one from our first litter wanted another one, so we decided to have another and branch out a bit.

Designer dogs can be a mix of any two breeds, but most are poodle mixes because of their non shedding coats, intelligence and just the adorable fluffiness they bring to any breed. Some common poodle or poo mixes are the Cockapoo, Peke-a-poo, Yorkiepoo, chihuahua-poo (also known as the Poochi, chipoo, Poochie and Choodle), Chinnie-poo (also known as the Poochin and Chinpoo), maltipoo, cavapoo and pomapoo to name just a few of the more popular designer mixes. So let us introduce you to our adorable Designer dogs!

HYBRID VIGOR
First generation mixes tend to have many less health problems and seem to live longer too. This is not just a theory, but a proven fact backed up by many clinical studies. It is sometimes referred to as "hybrid vigor"  since these crosses involve two totally seperate gene pools coming together, with a tendency for added health benefits. This is not to say that just by mixing two different breeds of dog that you will never get any health problems, just that the chances of getting healthy dogs are increased. You still wouldn't be able to breed two different dogs with a common health problem such as a bad heart or hip dysplasia and expect to get healthy pups. It just doesn't happen that way! So that is why no matter what the breed or mix, both parents must be the healthiest speciman that you can find. Breeding any dog with a pre existing health problem or bad temperament is just bad judgement, period. The parents of all of our pups are healthy with loving temperaments. All of our babies are well socialized with children and other pets too and come with a one year health guarantee against genetic defects!

EXTREME TEACUP FEMALE YORKIE-POO!
We have the tiniest cutest little teacup yorkie-poo girl. This little girl is 4 mos old and only weighs 24ozs! She is spoiled rotten and lives to be carried everywhere! She is a true tiny purse dog and should be in the 2-3 lb. range when grown. She has the cutest babydoll face and loves everyone! Mom is a rare Biewer Yorkie and dad is a teacup poodle. Dogs this tiny are very rare. Sorry she is RESERVED.

It is very rare to get a puppy as tiny as this little girl that is also very healthy! I maybe get one this tiny a year or even every 2 years. So far, she has been very healthy and is also sooo loving! She will stand on your ankles and whine to be picked up and held. She has the cutest way of just cuddling up in your arms and she is so tiny it is easy to carry her everywhere you go.  Because of her extreme tiny size, she would not be suitable for a home with children, so please adults only.
